EVALUATIONS

Please be advised that all CME requests and seminar evaluations for PDA's 2018 Annual Meeting are managed online to ensure you receive a CME certificate in a timely manner.  A printed CME booklet will be provided for you to record your evaluations during the meeting. Make sure to fill evaluations out for any sessions you attend and take the booklet back home with you (please do not give to PDA Staff). All pre-registered attendees will receive an email after the meeting during the week of August 6 from PDA (info@pacificderm.org). This will provide detailed instructions on how to log the CME evaluation online. Make sure to have your printed booklet handy for easy reference. It should only take 10-20 minutes to input this information.

CME Certificate: You will receive your CME certificate approximately 4-6 weeks after the online CME evaluation closes via email from WOEMA (woema@woema.org).
