MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS
1) Reserve your room online.
PDA 2018 attendees can make reservations by visiting http://www.fiestamericana.com/en/groups, enter your arrival and departure dates and the PDA group code of G15CYD@FLC.
IMPORTANT: For PDA 2018 attendees making reservations that include children (anyone in your party 17 years old or younger), please use the same instructions above to first register the number of adults traveling with you. Once you receive a confirmation number from the hotel, please contact Eduardo Santoyo, Grand Fiesta Americana's Reservation Manager, directly at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating "PDA 2018 Reservation Request / Additional Children" in the email subject line and then providing your name, your confirmation number, your arrival and departure dates, the number of children you wish to add to your reservation and their ages.
2) Reserve your room via phone.
For PDA 2018 attendees making reservations that include only adults (everyone in your party over the age of 17), please call the Grand Fiesta Americana's reservation number at (800) 343-7821 from USA and Canada or (+52) 55-5326-6990 for the rest of the World. Attendees must identify themselves as participants of the Pacific Dermatologic Association with the special group code of G15CYD@FLC.
IMPORTANT: For PDA 2018 attendees making reservations that includes children (anyone in your party 17 years old or younger), please contact Eduardo Santoyo, Grand Fiesta Americana's Reservation Manager, directly at email@example.com by indicating "PDA 2018 New Reservation Request / G15CYD@FLC" in the email subject line and then providing your name, your requested arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and the number of children (and their ages). Please follow these steps INSTEAD of reserving via phone at the general reservations number provided above.
IMPORTANT REMINDER! PDA 2018 attendees who are not from Mexico are exempt from paying a 16% tax on accommodations which is reflected in the discounted rates listed above. Upon making a reservation via phone or online, your confirmation will initially reflect a rate that does include this tax, however PDA 2018 attendees will be charged the lower rate upon checking in at the resort and providing documentation of your citizenship (i.e. passport). A valid passport is required for travel to Cabo San Lucas.
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) has non-stop service from many Western US and Canadian destinations including: Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, Orange County, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

Shuttle service is available for PDA attendees via Contactincentives from the Los Cabos International Airport to the Grand Fiesta Americana hotel for $48 per person round trip.
