The meeting registration fee entitles members, non–members, residents and advanced practice providers to attend all scheduled educational sessions and provides admittance to Exhibits and Product Theaters. It also includes entrance for registered attendees and all their guests to the Welcome Reception on Friday, August 22.

Childcare is offered this year for $25 per child per day!
Here is a message from the Hilton's Kid's Club: If you are booking just one room for the Kid's Club, we can typically arrange nap time from 1-3PM for children aged 2-3 years. Our program is play-based and students are grouped by developmental stage. After meeting the children during our morning circle time, I will assess and organize them accordingly. We offer 5-6 activity centers, ranging from academic activities and sensory tables to imaginative play. Our extracurriculars include trivia games, yoga, music/dance, and face painting or temporary tattoos.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Registration fees, less a $25 administration fee, will be refunded following the meeting upon written notice of cancellation to the PDA headquarters office. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, cancellation notice must be received in writing no later than July 22, 2025. There will be no refund of fees for cancellation received after that date or for lack of attendance without notification.
